What are the delivery charges for local orders in Singapore?

Orders above S$80: Enjoy free delivery to a single location within Singapore.

Orders below S$80: A flat delivery fee of S$6 applies, unless stated otherwise.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes. We ship internationally, and orders over $300 receive free shipping.

Pls note that we do not ship to Australia, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, or Vietnam, as these markets are served by our local sales entities.

How are RAYDEL products delivered?
All orders are dispatched from our Singapore warehouse using our courier partners (Qxpress/DHL) or our in-house delivery team.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed by 2 pm, Monday to Friday are typically delivered the next working day.

Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on Singapore Public Holidays may take up to 3 working days.

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12 sales, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year), delivery may take up to 5 working days.

Please note our office is closed on Public Holidays and certain festive days.


How can I track my delivery?
Check your Orders page after logging in. “Shipped” means your order is with the courier. You’ll also get an email with your Tracking ID and link.

Can I change my shipping address or contact number?
Update your details in your Orders page before placing an order.

We care about your satisfaction and strive to ensure the quality of every RAYDEL product. Under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), our policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: To request an exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Valid Reasons: Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund ONLY if the product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Change of Mind: Please note that returns due to a change of mind are NOT accepted.

  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Required Info: Please provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence of the issue.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Singapore Domestic: RAYDEL will pay the shipping costs for items that are broken, damaged, or not as described.

  • International Orders: The customer will pay the return shipping, unless otherwise specified by RAYDEL.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Refund Handling (Proportional Refund)

  • If you paid with both a Credit Card and RAYDEL Store Credit, refunds are processed proportionally: amounts paid by credit card are returned to your card, and amounts paid with RAYDEL credit are restored to your account.
